Rounding is powerful practice that involves a series of simple yoga poses (asanas) and a special breathing technique (pranayama) that are practiced before your mediation. The asanas and pranayama set the meditator up to experience deeper rest, more profound stress release, more blissfulness, and greatly accelerate the benefits of meditation. Rounding does not require any prior experience in yoga asana, pranayama, flexibility or coordination.
The workshop will provide you with the detailed instruction and experience to allow you to successfully integrate Rounding into your home program, as your time permits.
The course fee for the Rounding Workshop is $150. Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes.
