Swim To Shore

Hello Friends, 

Everything as we know it today will change. Change is certain and constant whether we like it or not. This we can count on. 

Right now, you may feel overwhelmed by what's happening in the world and you're not alone. Many of us feel like we're drowning. 

Vedic Meditation changes the way we experience the world and the way the world experiences us--calm and relaxed, present and aware. It is a tool that allows us to be more engaged without being paralyzed by anger and fear. It helps us listen and empathize. And to sleep at night. I personally can't imagine how I would feel right now without it. 

The world needs more meditators. Let's stop trying to stay afloat and start swimming to shore.
