Why should anyone come along and learn how to meditate in the first place? But more importantly, why do you want to learn to meditate. It is the fundamental question, and the question leads us right into the benefits of practicing Access Meditation. 

What do you want out of meditation? All of my students have their “before” and “after” story. “Before meditation” and “after meditation”. “Before meditation” is what life is like now. “After meditation” is what life is like when you start receiving the impact, the benefits, the results of your daily Access Meditation practice. 

For nearly two decades, I’ve worked professionally in health and wellness and in the better part of the past decade have personally taught meditation to everyone from Olympic and professional athletes to Michelin star chefs and award-winning actors, a number of Fortune 500 executives and even some four-year-old children. I’ve taught meditation at various local and international schools, businesses, and organizations including the Cleveland Clinic and Syracuse University.

I also experienced tremendous improvement in all of my relationships.
